All parts are made of stainless steel. It has a large drainage opening for more convenient and clean use. The fat is collected in a removable tray with a capacity of 1.5 liters. With rubber feet for countertop stability. Made of solid stainless steel with an ergonomic design. The grill can be placed in a cooking line, standalone, or on a trolley or cabinet, which can be ordered separately
