Individually controlled two zones with indicator lights. Temperature adjustment between 50 and 300ºC. Distributes heat evenly to preserve the taste qualities. Made entirely of stainless steel. With a large drainage opening for more convenient and clean use. The fat is collected in a removable tray with a capacity of 1.5 liters. Rubber feet provide stability during use. It can be placed in a cooking line, standalone, or on a trolley or cabinet, which can be ordered separately
